7 habits

• deal with ends (vision) and means
  
• deal with all four of our needs: live, learn, love, leave a legacy
  
• write as if it will never change
  
• it should implicitly or explicitly deal with all roles, balanced life

Six steps process

1. connect to your mission
   
2. study your roles, relationships and people
   
3. select goals around your roles
   
4. organize weekly in context or larger plan, month or year
   
5. exercise integrity in moment of choice
   
6. evaluate
   

Stewardship agreement

If you nag people enough work is the course of the least resistance ;-) Keep believing in the people. Don't teach when you are angry.

Five elements of stewardship

1. clear description of desired results, an image visual understanding
2. teach guidelines and no-nos but no telling what methods what to do (so they are beong responsible)
   
3. identify resources, human financial
   
4. how accountability will be done
   
5. identify consequences good and bad, what will happen
